We provide a nurturing environment for our kids and believe that we are creating a child-centred environment that facilitates the children’s emerging ideas and knowledge through documentation , observation and reflection.
On the 1st June 2021, we achieved a “Meeting National Quality Standard Rating” by the NSW Department of Education. We are acknowledged as a centre providing a high quality service and education to young children and their families and we strive constantly to improve our standard.
“As a non-profit community preschool, we continue to excel through the contributions from the families. We encourage you to participate in any way you can, either with day-to-day activities or during our annual events. These events serve as more then just a way for the school to meet our financial needs, but as a way for the families to continue to build the warm and welcoming social environment for which Dover Heigh Community Preschool prides itself.”
Dover Heights Preschool acknowledges the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land, water and sky where we meet. We acknowledge their special and unique place in our nation’s identity.
We pay our respect to elders past, present and the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
