Management Committee

Dover Heights Community Preschool is a community preschool that is run and managed by a committee consisting of parents.

The committee meets twice a term to discuss any issues arising, and make decisions with regards to the running of the preschool. There are also reports submitted by the Nominated Supervisor and the Treasurer.

The President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary make up the Executive Committee. In addition the committee has supportive roles such as social co-ordinator and assistant secretary. Each role is filled at the Annual General Meeting. All parents are obliged to attend this as part of their commitment to the preschool. Being a part of the Committee is both interesting and fulfilling, and allows you to have an important input into your child’s early years education.
